Architects, Engineers and Contractors together to solve design and construction problems in the field related to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection building systems.
Owner, Don Middleton founded Middleton Engineering, PLLC in 2020 and has been in the consulting engineering business for over 30 years. He is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple States and has extensive knowledge of both local and national codes, construction methods and techniques, specifically qualified in HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Electrical Systems for commercial/retail, municipal, healthcare, institutional, manufacturing, industrial facilities, laboratories, hospitals, schools, residential and office buildings.
DON MIDDLETON
As an Owner/Director, I am directly involved in all day-to-day MEP design production work along with working with clients to develop project scopes, project scheduling and budgeting with related value engineering initiatives. My construction experience includes shop drawing reviews, construction inspections, pay application review/approvals, change order mitigation, commissioning, punch lists and close out documentation.
Throughout my 30+ year career, I have gained a wide range of business and design experience by working for and with many A/E consulting firms, a construction firm and directly for a hospitality/restaurant company as Director of Engineering Design.
EDUCATION: BS, Mechanical Engineering – University at Buffalo, 1991
LICENSES: I am a Licensed Professional Engineer in several States and can get licensed in any State as needed (See attached list)
CERTIFICATIONS: Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) & LEED Accredited Professional
